If in the course of finalizing the Amendment, staff and Developer reach an impasse upon any material policy issues in the Amendment, such items will be returned to the Authority Board for reconsideration.
Approve the Los Angeles County Cooperative Agreement for the Florence Avenue and Slauson Avenue Bridges Maintenance Project. Request for Installation of Speed Humps on Bear Avenue from Randolph Street to Gage Avenue. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the installation of three (3) speed humps on Bear Avenue from Randolph Street to Gage Avenue; and 2. Authorize the allocation of $12,000 in Measure R funds to install the speed humps on Bear Avenue as soon as possible; or 3. Direct staff to consider and implement other engineering measures to reduce speeds on Bear Avenue, and work with the residents and police department to perform targeted speed enforcement.
