Consolidation of the City's 457(b) Plan Record-Keeping Platforms and Award of Contract to SFG Retirement Plan Consulting, LLC for Co-Fiduciary and Consultant Services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the consolidation of the current two 457(b) deferred compensation plan record-keepers, thereby terminating the contract with ICMA-RC and Nationwide, to a single record-keeping platform with Voya. 2. Approve and Award the Contract to Voya Financial for a single record-keeping platform, effective December 1, 2018; 3. Approve and Award a Contract for Services to SFG Retirement Plan Consulting, LLC as the Plan consultant, investment advisor, and Co-Fiduciary to the City's 457(b) plan, effective September 1, 2018; 4. Appoint the City Manager as the City's Plan Administrator and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary agreements and termination notices in a form approved by the City Attorney.
