(Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council discuss and choose one of the following options with regard to updating the existing City Business License Tax: a) Select (Option 1 or 2) and declare a fiscal emergency and bring back a Resolution on July 25, 2018, in order to call and give notice of the holding of a special municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018; b) Postpone this Measure until 2019; or c) Consider other unspecified options.
Request to Set a Public Hearing to Consider the Creation of Liens/Special Assessment to Collect Delinquent Rubbish Fees.
