Business Calendar Authorize the City Manager to sign a New Pricing Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to sign a New Pricing Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank.
Proposal for Environmental Consulting Services - Old Western Auto Site. Council/Successor Agency) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council and Agency Board: a. Authorize staff to move forward with executing the attached proposal and preparing an initial purchase order in an amount not to exceed $10,000 for environmental consulting services with Susan Mearns Consulting, LLC; and b. Direct staff to work with the City Attorney's Office to begin drafting an agreement for approval at a future Council Meeting that would allow for the execution of the work which would be further defined following discussions with the DTSC. This work is currently estimated to total approximately $65,000 - $75,000.
Approve Amendment No. 2 with Interwest Consulting Group Inc., for Comprehensive Technology Services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 with Interwest Consulting Group Inc. (Interwest), for Comprehensive Technology Services.
Consideration of a One Year Contract Extension for Janitorial Services with Golden Touch Cleaning Inc. (Council) Recommendation: It Is recommended that the City Council select one of the following two options in regards to Janitorial Services. The Community Services Department recommends option #1: a. Option #1 - Accept a one year extension with Golden Touch Cleaning Inc., for the term of August 24, 2018 through August 24, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $80,967.72 which will be Amendment number (3) three; or b. Option #2 - Direct staff to release a Request for Professional Services (RFP) for Janitorial Services.
Resolution No. 2018-23 - Adopting a List of Projects for FY 18/19 for the Use of Funds Provided by the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (SB-1).
