Consideration of Amendment No. 1 with Graffiti Protective Coatings (GPC). (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 with Graffiti Protective Coatings (GPC), in order to utilize CDBG funds, extend the term of the Agreement and additional 8 months ending June 30, 2018, and increase the contract by $120,000.00 for additional graffiti removal services
Approve Amendment No. 1 with BrightView Landscape, LLC, (formerly known as ValleyCrest Landscape Maintenance, Inc.), for additional landscaping services for the Bell Community Housing Authority. (Housing Authority) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Chair and members of the Board approve Amendment No. 1 with BrightView Landscape, LLC for additional landscaping services for the Bell Community Housing Authority, extend the term of the Agreement an additional 13 months ending June 30, 2018 (to coincide with the end of FY 17-18) and increase the contract by $45,864 in FY 17-18.
Discussion regarding written request from Interwest Consulting Group, asking for a new contract for Building and Safety Services. Award of a Professional Consulting Contract to Transtech Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $78,185 for the Florence Avenue Pedestrian Improvement Project. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Professional Consulting contract with Transtech Engineers, Inc. (Transtech) in the amount of $78,185 for the Florence Avenue Pedestrian Project
Award of a Construction Contract to All American Asphalt in the amount of $857,100 for the Street Rehabilitation Project 2016/2017.
