Concrete Shaving Project Construction Award. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: a) Award a construction contract in the total amount of $320,000.00 to Precision Concrete Cutting for the Concrete Shaving Project; and b) Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2019-05 titled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL APPROPRIATING $120,000 OF MEASURE M, PROPOSITION C, AND STP-L TRANSPORTATION FUNDING TO THE SIDEWALK INSPECTION - CONCRETE SHAVING PROJECT"
Authorize the Chief to Police to accept and administer the FY 2018 Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Body-Worn Camera, Policy and Implementation Project (BWC-PIP) Grant, or consider other options outlined in this report. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council review the three options outlined in the agenda report and choose one for implementation of a Body-Worn Camera (BWC) program for the Bell Police Department.
