Consideration of the FY 2019-20 CDBG Program Allocation. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Conduct the Public Hearing for appropriation of the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Community Development Block Grant Program; 2. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2019-01 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE BELL CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE CITY'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 3. Authorize the approved funding to be included in the FY 2019-2020 Proposed Budget.
4460 Gage Avenue Parking License Agreement with Chase Bank. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Parking License Agreement with Chase Bank for the use of 4460 Gage Avenue.
