Bond Counsel and Underwriting Services for Bond Refinancing. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions in connection with the proposed refunding of various City bond issues: a) Approve Norton Rose Fulbright as bond and disclosure counsel and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract in the form attached to this report; and b) Appoint Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc., as underwriter, with a proposed form of bond purchase agreement to be considered at a subsequent Council meeting.
