Pursuant to Assembly Bill 1234, this is the time and place to provide a brief report on meetings, seminars and conferences attended by the Mayor and City Councilmembers.
In this portion of the agenda, the City Manager will provide a brief report on items of interest to the City Council and/or the community.
Comprehensive Annual Report (CAFR) for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30,2018. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council receive and file this report.
Approve Amendment No. 1 with Chandler Asset Management for Investment Advisory Services to extend the term of the agreement to June 30, 2020, with two (2) one-year extensions. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 with Chandler Asset Management for Investment Advisory Services
Landscapes Inc., for Landscape Maintenance Contracting Services for three (3) years, five (5) months, and three (3) one-year extensions. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a new landscape maintenance contract services agreement with Mariposa Landscapes Inc., for Landscape Maintenance Contract Services for three (3) years and five (5) months, beginning February 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, with possible three (3) additional one-year extensions with concurrence of all parties.
Atlantic Avenue and Brompton Avenue Intersection Modifications. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Option 2 for the Atlantic Avenue and Brompton Avenue Intersection Modifications to mitigate the left turn sight visibility issue
Approval of Amendment to Agreement re City Attorney's Fees. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take action as Council deems appropriate
