Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services Agreement with Lead Tech Environmental. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve and execute Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services Agreement by and between the City of Bell and Lead Tech Environmental for Lead and asbestos testing services for an additional 12-month period.
Approve Tanko Street Lighting Contract Amendment in the Amount of $15,000 for City Streetlight Purchase Services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the Tanko Street Lighting, Inc. Contract Amendment in the amount of $15,000 for Phase II of the City's streetlight purchase/conversion; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment.
Approve a Transtech Engineers, Inc. Contract Amendment in the Amount of $183,600 for the Florence Avenue Pedestrian Project, and Approve a Project Budget Amendment of $160,000..
