Direction regarding the adoption of a "Fireworks" Ordinance amending Chapter 8.20 of Title 8 of the Bell Municipal Code, which would prohibit the possession, use, and sale of all fireworks in the City of Bell. Authorize the Police Chief to accept and administer the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) grant, and the Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant to reduce the number of traffic fatalities and injuries. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the acceptance of the OTS and STEP grant; and 2.
