Approve Resolution No. 2020-60 approving a Streetlight LED Conversion Contract with Tanko Streetlighting, Inc. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Open the Public Hearing regarding the Tanko Streetlighting, Inc LED Conversion Contract; and 2. Keep the public hearing open and continue this item to the City Council meeting of September 9, 2020, to provide City Staff with additional time to detail the material specifications and pricing as proposed in the Energy Services Agreement, Exhibit “C- 1” Billing Rates.
