Approval of Global Settlement and Release, including Industrial Disability Retirement, Arising Out of Police Officer Mark Logan's Industrial Injuries, WCAB Case Nos. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Global Settlement and Release, including his Industrial Disability Retirement, between the City and Officer Logan and issue a settlement payment of $150,000, which will be reimbursed by the City's Workers Compensation provider (CSAC-EIA).
