Approve Amendment No. 1 with AEGIS ITS, INC., for traffic signal and streetlight maintenance services. {Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 with AEGIS ITS, INC., extend the term of the Agreement for an additional 14 months ending June 30, 2018, to coincide with the end of FY 17-18, update the Schedule of Compensation, and increase the Contract Sum by $174,875 for additional traffic signal and streetlight maintenance services
Discussion regarding written request from Interwest Consulting Group, asking for a contract extension for Building and Safety Services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council discuss and choose one of the following options regarding Interwest Consulting Group's written request for a contract extension for Building and Safety Services: 1. Extend the current agreement with Interwest Consulting Group for Building and Safety Services for three years, with two one-year option renewal periods. The Contractor has agreed to only receive 65% of all building and safety permit fees. 2. Extend the current agreement with Interwest Consulting Group for Building and Safety Services for one year, and initiate an RFP process for Building and Safety Services. 3. Initiate an RFP process for Builpling and Safety Services; or 4. Consider other unspecified options for Building and Safety Services.
