Governmental Transfer of Technology Center and Skate Park property to the City of Bell (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council, acting as Successor Agency, receive and file the agenda report on governmental transfer of Technology Center and Skate Park property located at 4357 Gage Avenue from the Successor Agency to the City of Bell
A Resolution Proposed by Mayor Valencia, Requesting the Federal Government to Suspend Further Deportation of Unauthorized Individuals with No Serious Criminal History (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2014-20, titled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO SUSPEND FURTHER DEPORTATION OF UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS WITH NO SERIOUS CRIMINAL HISTORY"
Council Appointments to the Oversight Board for the Successor Agency and the County Los Angeles County Sanitation District (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council review the current council appointments to the following agencies and make any necessary changes: 1. Oversight Board for the Successor Agency 2. Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County
Consent Agenda Items 4 & 5 The following Consent Calendar items are expected to be routine and non-controversial. They are acted upon by the City Council and related authorities at one time without discussion. Recommendation: Approve Item (s) 4 and 5: 4.
