Approve the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) Prop C Capital Reserve Agreement for the Traffic Signal Equipment Upgrade Project. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the LACMTA Prop C $100,000 Capital Reserve Agreement for the Traffic Signal Equipment Upgrade Project.
Approve the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) Amendment No. 1 to the Funding Agreement for the Eastern Avenue Capacity and Operational Improvements Project. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the LACMTA Amendment No. 1 to the Funding Agreement, to extend the expiration date for the Eastern Avenue Capacity and Operational Improvements Project.
Gage Avenue Bridge Improvement Project - Approval of Contract Services Agreement with Gannett Fleming, Inc. to Provide Professional Environmental and Engineering Design Services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a Contract Services Agreement with Gannett Fleming, Inc. to provide professional environmental and engineering design services for the Gage Avenue Bridge Improvement Project; and 2. Authorize the Community Development Director to execute the Initial Phase of the agreement with Gannett Fleming, Inc. in the amount of $556,070 to perform Tasks 1, 2 and 3; and 3. Authorize the Community Development Director to execute change orders to the agreement in the amount not to exceed $26,730 (approximately five percent of the cost proposal, and up to the CIP budget of $582,800) for any changes to the scope of services related to Tasks 1, 2 and 3.
